Rather than treating the pelvic floor in isolation, she considers how breathing, posture, mobility, strength, pressure management, and the nervous system interact and contribute to symptoms. Her individualized approach combines hands-on treatment, movement and strength training, nervous system and pain education, and practical strategies to address the factors contributing to each patient’s concerns.

At the heart of her practice is a passion for empowering patients to understand their bodies, reconnect with themselves, feel comfortable talking about symptoms that are often difficult to discuss, and feel confident navigating pelvic health through every stage of life. She strives to create a comfortable and collaborative environment where patients feel heard, understand the “why” behind their symptoms, and develop the tools to move well and stay active.

Outside of the clinic, Marina is a mom of two young kids who enjoys running and strength training herself, bringing a personal appreciation for the importance of maintaining strength, movement, and confidence through the many transitions of life.

Nutrition coaching, personal training and lifestyle coaching are each delivered by their own coach or practitioner.

Our mission is simple: help people build bodies that are strong, mobile, resilient, and capable of living well throughout life.

  • Strong
  • Mobile
  • Resilient
  • Capable

We combine physical therapy, nutrition, personal training, and lifestyle coaching into one integrated system designed to improve how you move, feel, and function. Rather than focusing on quick fixes or temporary solutions, we help our clients address the root causes of pain, dysfunction, and declining health so they can create lasting change.

A different approach to healthcare

Most healthcare systems are designed to react to problems after they occur.

We believe the future of healthcare is proactive.

Our team develops personalized plans based on your goals, your lifestyle, and the latest evidence in health and human performance.

Every recommendation is grounded in measurable outcomes and practical action. We focus on the habits, movement patterns, and lifestyle factors that create long-term health rather than temporary improvements.

What we help with

Our team works with individuals seeking support for:

  • Pain and injury recovery
  • Strength and mobility limitations
  • Weight loss and body composition goals
  • Sports injuries and performance
  • Balance and fall prevention
  • Healthy aging and longevity
  • Cardiometabolic health
  • Digestive and nutritional concerns
  • Lifestyle and behavior change
  • Exercise and movement programming

Why longevity matters

Aging is inevitable. How we age is partly ours to shape.

As we age, we naturally lose muscle mass, bone density, balance, mobility, and physical capacity. These changes can gradually reduce independence and quality of life if left unaddressed.

Strength, movement, nutrition, and lifestyle habits are among the most useful things to work on for healthspan, the number of years we live feeling healthy, capable, and engaged in life.

Our goal is not simply to help you live longer.

Our goal is to help you live better.
