The oldest way to say “I care.”

Long before cards and flowers, we showed love by feeding one another. For a new parent, a friend on the mend, a birthday, or no reason at all, send a gift that goes straight to the heart, and belly, of your loved ones.

Meet the chef

Heather Rasche

Founder and chef, You Are Nourished

Heather Rasche is the heart and hands behind You Are Nourished, a Maryland-based culinary business born from her love of food, community, and the belief that nourishment goes far beyond what’s on our plates.

For Heather, food has always been about more than feeding people. It’s about bringing people together, caring for one another, and creating meaningful connections to ourselves, our communities, and the land that sustains us.

With a passion for local farms, regenerative agriculture, and holistic wellness, she creates vibrant, chef-curated meals using thoughtfully sourced, seasonal ingredients.

Through You Are Nourished, Heather hopes to make nourishing food more accessible while inspiring others to slow down, eat with intention, and rediscover the joy of being truly nourished.

Because nourishment is more than what’s on your plate.

Good to know

How long do meals last?

Kept in the refrigerator, meals stay fresh for at least 3 days, and fresh-pressed juices for 24 to 48 hours. You’ll find the exact shelf life for each dish on the menu and the item label upon arrival.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, each delivery requires selection of at least five meals (juices not included). A family-size serving counts as three meals.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver across Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Please be in touch about deliveries outside of our usual delivery area.

When do I need to order by?

Order by 8pm on Friday for delivery Monday or Thursday the following week. See the full menu.

When will my meals arrive?

Deliveries are on Mondays and Thursdays between 8am and 8pm. You choose the day and delivery window that best suits your schedule at checkout.

What does delivery cost?

$25 for each delivery, added at checkout with Maryland sales tax. Meals going to one address in one delivery window share one fee.

Do I need to be home to receive the delivery?

Yes. While we keep meals at food-safe temperatures during transport, they must be refrigerated immediately upon delivery to preserve freshness.

Is this a subscription service?

No, you are welcome to order for as many or as few delivery days as fits your needs.

Can you accommodate allergies or dietary preferences?

To an extent. The weekly menu contains a variety of Vegan, Vegetarian, Gluten-free and Dairy-free items to choose from, and is always soy-free. Each dish lists its ingredients, and you can note any allergies at checkout. Our kitchen handles nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, fish and shellfish, so no meal is promised to be free of trace allergens.

Can an order be changed?

Orders are final once placed as our chef procures local fresh ingredients especially for your meals. To change a delivery time, call 443-565-6440 at least two days before delivery.
